How is my zone determined?
Your zone is based on your distance from the nearest capital city CBD. Advisers within 30km of a capital city are Metro, within 100km are Regional, and beyond that are Rural.
What suburbs am I featured in?
You are featured on every suburb page within your radius that has registered financial advisers. A regional adviser in Geelong at 50km radius would appear on Torquay, Ocean Grove, Lara, Bannockburn and other nearby suburbs.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Monthly subscribers can cancel before their next billing date with no penalty. Annual subscribers can cancel at the end of their annual term.
How do I pay?
We currently invoice via PayPal or eWay. We will send you an invoice after confirming your details. Stripe payments will be available shortly.
Do I need to claim my listing first?
Yes - you need to claim your listing before upgrading to featured. Find your profile and click "Is this you? Claim listing" to get started.
How long does activation take?
